Calls made to other VOIP users who are using the same VOIP provider are totally free of charge as are calls which utilise a free software program such as SKYPE and others.
Most computers running Windows XP will have the necessery hardware to utilise VOIP. However, to get the full benefit of VOIP, some inexpensive additional hardware could be added to your system.
